How does Repair My Home work?

Repair My Home supports contractors and small-medium enterprises (SMEs) by connecting them with job opportunities.

  • We recruit contractors (SSIP registered) with the support of national and local builders merchants partners
  • Landlord places individual jobs on the portal
  • Three or more quotes are targeted
  • Landlords decide on which contractor to go with
  • Contractor carries out work and evidence is provided (e.g before and after photos which are posted to the portal)
  • Any variations are managed between the landlord and contractor
